Adrienne Grunwald is a freelance photographer from New York City specializing in documentary, portraiture and sports projects. She received a BA from Lehigh University in 2004 and attended ICP's Documentary Photography Program in 2009. Her past life as a Division I female athlete continues to inform her personal work which seeks to create new imagery around the themes of gender, sport and spectacle. Adrienne has been a member of MJR’s collective of photographers since 2014. In 2016, she was chosen as one of PDN's 30 Emerging Photographers to Watch.
